Rihanna did a collaboration with Chris Brown. Does she think that she’s proving feminine strength or divine forgiveness? I don’t buy it. Many women, for whatever reason, return to or defend their abusers. Rihanna is sending a bad message to girls and women about how to interact with someone who beats the shit out of you. “Just give it some time and you can be BFFs again!”
Oh and I guess we gave him a Grammy too, that’s sending a lovely message to potential abusers about how little we care about violence against women.
